RETURN POLICY

At this time, all sale are final. Please note that vintage items are pre-loved and may show natural signs of wear. Items are inspected before listing, and we do our best to note any obvious or major flaws beyond typical vintage wear. Read item descriptions and view product photos carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about an item, or have any issues with your order, please feel free to reach out by emailing: info@saguarovintage.co


SHIPPING POLCY

Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, all applicable customs and import fees, and return shipping to Saguaro Vintage in the case of a return or exchange. This also applies to any deliveries refused or uncollected by the buyer at time of delivery.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail (depending on weight). Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Expect to receive your order 3-7 business days after your order ships. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Saguaro Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee. If you require rush shipping, please contact us at sales@saguarovintage.co


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping to Mexico, Canada, Australia and all of Europe is currently available through the online shop. If you don't see your country at check-out, send us an email at sales@saguarovintage.co and we'll quote you a price!
